This is a fully professional clean which will make your home spotless while you’re at work or doing other day-to-day activities. The clean can take up to 6 hours depending on the size and condition of your home. Below are the typical tasks we complete for each of the key areas / rooms in the house.

Common areas

Areas such as hallways and staircases take their load of dirt and dust from heavy everyday use. We pay special attention to these areas. So when we leave, you can enjoy their new clean and shining look. Services include:

Kitchens: We provide extensive cleaning for all surface areas, including inside and outside of cupboards where food particles and dust tend to settle. Additionally, we take care of refrigerator and freezer cleaning, both inside and out. Dishwashing and washing machine cleaning is standard fare for our trained cleaners. We remove cobwebs, and we descale sinks as well.

Living Room and Bedrooms: Our trusted staff takes care to clean wardrobes, all cupboards, tables, including bedroom end-tables, both inside and outside, in addition to the tops. All furniture will be removed with the utmost care and professionalism before we commence the cleaning services.

Bathroom: Bathrooms are tough to clean, but we disinfect all surfaces of the floors and toilet. Careful scrubbing procedures ensure the best cleaning possible. Additionally, we clean and descale showers, shower doors, and baths. All bathroom mirrors, counters, and sinks are treated and cleaned for the best results possible. We take pride in leaving you with a fresh and clean room, regardless of its location within the home.

This is a service for mainly families, couples or individuals who are seeking to employ someone to do a wide variety of domestic duties.

Typical duties include: housekeeping, cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, washing, ironing, shopping, family cooking & food preparation and help with the running of the house.

In addition, depending on each individual job requirements, they may be required to: take care of antiques & polish silver, arrange flowers, oversee tradesmen, organise wardrobes and take care of high end garments, run errands and feed and walk the family pet. A housekeeper may also be able to house/pet sit for you when you go away and a “child friendly” housekeeper can supervise older children if required.

Escorted services: These are suitable for older people who are mobile enough to go out but need some extra assistance with transport to and getting around food stores. These services can be one-to-one schemes whereby our staff assist one client with their shopping, or alternatively, group shopping trips.

As well as helping with shopping, they give older people, particularly those who live alone, the opportunity to get out and interact with others.

Home delivery services: Some people are housebound and unable to do their own shopping. We work with the older person to create a shopping list and their groceries are then delivered to their home.

Internet shopping services: We offer food shopping services using supermarkets’ online stores. The order is placed on behalf of the customer and delivery is made to the customer’s home by the store at an agreed date and time. This allows the customer to reap the benefits of internet shopping even if they do not themselves have internet access, and ensures a regular food delivery over which they have control. There will be a small charge for these services to cover costs, such as petrol or delivery charges.
